If for any reason the package is not picked up on the day of booking, please book another collection free of charge.
THERE ARE NO RETURN LABELS IN THE PACKAGE. HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can email a photo of the item to verify its integrity to [email protected].
Once the product has been verified, we will approve the return.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
We cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the item to us and place a new order.
HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN LABEL?
You must contact your preferred courier.
WHERE IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number can be found on your order or in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you already have an account, you can log in to the My Account page and click Orders to view your order number.
HOW DO I TRACK A RETURN?
You can track your return from the moment it’s handed over to our courier. The tracking number is provided on the return label created at the end of the return booking process. The tracking number is located above the label’s barcode. With this number, you can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
If you can’t view your tracking information directly, the courier likely hasn’t picked up your package yet. The page will be updated as soon as it’s picked up.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM
We apologize for the inconvenience. We invite you to return the defective item to us for a full refund.
Simply contact us by email with photos of the defective product. Once the return is approved, you can send us the product. Once we receive your package and inspect it, we’ll contact you with further updates.
We can’t send a replacement item, but you can place another order. Contact us here for any assistance with your order.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please return the incorrect item to us for a full refund.
Please email us here and indicate “Wrong item shipped” as the reason for the return (if requested). Once we receive your package and inspect it, we’ll contact you with further updates.
Please allow 5 days for your package to arrive; we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received it. Depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Legal guarantee for defective goods
In addition to the above, we provide a 12-month legal guarantee for any defects in the Products. A Product is considered “defective” if it is damaged upon receipt or if, within one year of purchase, it exhibits a manufacturing or material defect. Please note that Products damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
