Italy, Europe, UK, and Switzerland: Shipping included in the price

For all orders to Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, shipping costs are already included in the product price. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Destinations outside Europe: Dedicated handling

Each order is handled individually with two options available.

Customer pick-up: You can arrange for the goods to be picked up directly from our warehouse in Italy through your preferred shipping provider. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with the address, contact information, and product availability.

Shipping quote request: If you prefer us to handle the shipment, contact us indicating the destination country. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a complete quote including shipping, customs documentation, and estimated delivery times.

The transaction always takes place online.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Average delivery times depend on the courier. We will provide tracking information to monitor your shipment. Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed automatically and shipping and delivery times cannot be changed.

Holiday Calendar

Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery for the following holidays: January 1st and 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and 26th.
Possible delays may also occur in the event of unforeseen events, natural disasters, or health emergencies.

Shipment Tracking

With your order confirmation, you will receive an email containing your order details and a tracking number to track your shipment. Registered users can find all information about their orders in the My Account area.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and make sure our email address is added to your email account’s safe list to prevent future communications from being blocked by the spam filter.

Shipment Tracking

You can specify your company’s address for shipping. If the courier is unable to find anyone at the address, they will leave a notification. The number of delivery attempts may vary depending on the destination country. If the package is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
