All prices on shop.bagautomation.com exclude VAT. They are subject to change without notice. The conditions described herein govern the sales contract between the “Buyer” and the online store shop.bagautomation.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.” <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Conclusion of the Contract<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Buyer’s purchase order constitutes a binding contractual offer. The order is accepted by the Seller with a confirmation email containing a description of the product ordered, the price, and payment methods. <\/p>

If the Buyer does not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours of placing the order, he or she must promptly contact the Seller by writing to shop@bagautomation.com.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Purchase of Products<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The products on the site can be purchased by adding them to the appropriate shopping cart. To complete the purchase, the Buyer must provide their personal information, email address, shipping address, billing address, and a telephone number for any delivery-related communications. <\/p>

If paying by credit card, the data is transmitted exclusively via a secure Stripe connection: BagAutomation staff does not have access to the card details under any circumstances. The amount is charged upon completion of the order. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Delivery of Goods<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Product availability is indicated in the online catalog. The indicated delivery times are not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing; the Seller will do everything in its power to respect them. <\/p>

If an ordered product is unavailable, the Buyer will be notified immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded without further delay.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is required to immediately verify that the delivery is complete and correct, reporting any problems promptly to shop@bagautomation.com.<\/p>

4. Prices and Shipping Costs<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The price applied is the one published on the website at the time of ordering, excluding VAT.<\/p>

For destinations in Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, shipping is included in the product price. For destinations outside Europe, shipping is not included: you can arrange for collection by your courier or request a dedicated quote. For more information, please see the Shipping page. <\/p>

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Acceptance of these terms and conditions implies acknowledgement of such liability, which cannot constitute grounds for withdrawal or be charged to the Seller. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Legal Warranty and Complaints<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Seller provides a 12-month legal warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing or material defects. A product is considered defective if it is damaged upon receipt or if a defect develops within 12 months of purchase. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. <\/p>

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Buyer has the right, by contacting the Seller directly, to obtain, where possible, repair or replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, pursuant to Directive 44\/99\/EC.<\/p>

Complaints must be submitted by email to shop@bagautomation.com within 14 days of the delivery date, attaching proof of purchase and photographs of the product.<\/p>

The Seller reserves the right to evaluate complaints received after this deadline. The product cannot be used during the complaint processing period.

7. Product Liability and Copyright<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Damage caused by the product is governed by the provisions of Directive 85\/374\/EEC. The Seller, as a distributor, declines all liability by indicating the manufacturer’s name. <\/p>

All content on shop.bagautomation.com is protected by copyright and is the property of BagAutomation and its manufacturing partners. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the site’s content without the prior written consent of BagAutomation is prohibited. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the non-transferable rights recognized by the law of the Buyer’s country.
For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005). For disputes between professionals, the parties elect the Court of Ferrara as the exclusive jurisdiction. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Force majeure and contractual provisions<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The invalidity of any single clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid term will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the economic intent, or with applicable legal provisions. <\/p>

The Seller is exempt from liability for total or partial non-performance caused by unforeseeable events beyond its control, including, but not limited to: natural events, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, power outages, strikes, restrictions on courier services and air travel.<\/p>
